Our tailors specialize in manufacturing such specialty items as Plus Fours and Knickers. They are available to order from a selection of over 500 tartans.
We also tailor sport jackets using Harris Tweed fabric made in Scotland.
The late Charles Johnson established his menswear business in 1949 and was joined by his son Bryant in 1962. The two created a haberdashery in the British/ European tradition, specializing in made to measure and custom made suits. They also filled a niche by supplying quality Scottish and Irish kilts.
Later Bryant was joined by his daughter Andrea and associate Robert Humphreys. The shop remained a small family operation offering personalized service.
